What happens when a Prize Draw ends?
Once the entry period for a Prize Draw has ended, we'll collect all entries and select a potential winner or winners. Once the winner has been verified, the prize is awarded. Each Prize Draw and competition is different, so check out the terms and conditions.
How many Prize Draws can I enter in a day?
At the moment there's no limit to the number of Prize Draws you can enter. As long as you have the points you can enter as many Prize Draws as you like!
How will I know if I've won?
We'll let you know of course! You'll be contacted by email, a phone call or SMS. Some prizes may require written confirmation, so carefully read and follow any instructions you receive. You will need to have updated your address details to ensure we can send you your prize.
