Do I need internet access on my mobile to get mobile rewards?
You will need to make sure you have WAP settings installed correctly on your mobile. Please contact your network operator if you need more information. If your mobile phone does not support WAP settings, you will not be able to receive mobile rewards.
What handsets are the mobile rewards available on?
Some mobile rewards will only be available on certain handsets. When you are browsing for mobile rewards on the website, you will be able to see which handsets a particular reward is available on. Please make sure that your handset type is compatible with a particular mobile reward before you confirm you would like to download that reward.
When you are browsing for rewards on the WAP site, only the rewards that are available for your handset will appear.
