Where do I find 'Coke Zone' codes?
Codes are available on specially marked 330ml single cans, 500ml and 2l bottles, 10 and 12 fridge packs of 330ml cans of 'Coke', 'Diet Coke' and 'Coke Zero'. The code is etched on the bottle, under the label. On single 330ml cans, it is printed on the reverse of the ring pull. On can multipacks, it is printed on the inside of the cardboard pack. Then enter the codes online, via WAP or SMS, collect points and redeem them for all sorts of great stuff from 'Coke Zone' at www.cokezone.co.uk. Certain prizes, such as concert tickets, are only suitable if you are aged 16 or over, so proof of age may be required.
I have a 12-digit code, is this right?
It is indeed! A 12 character alpha numeric code will appear on 300ml single cans, 500ml and 2L bottles and fridge packs of 10 and 12 x 330ml cans of 'Coca-Cola', 'Coke Zero' and 'diet Coke'.
Remember, codes are valid until the end of the month containing the best before date, so quick - tap them in! A maximum of 50 points per account can be entered per week (running from 00:00:00 each Monday to 23:59:59 on Sunday). Then you can start exchanging these for all sorts of great stuff in 'Coke Zone'.
Oops, I can't read the code on the pack - it's smudged / incomplete - what should I do?
First, try to type your code on the website or via WAP, or send via SMS to 88555. If you get an error message, please call us at 0800 028 8038 so that we can tell you what you need to do. Our lines are open from 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding US bank holidays).
