How do I update my information?

After you've logged in, just go to 'My Account' to update your account details.

Can I still log in if I have a new email address?

Yes you can. Just log in using the email address you originally registered with. Once you're in, go to 'My Account' and update your email, along with any other changes you want to make. Then save them by clicking 'Save'/'Update'. From then on you can log in with your new email address.

Help! I can't remember my password. Now what?

For security reasons, we won't send you a password by email. So when you get to 'Coke Zone', click the 'Forgotten it' link. Confirm your email address then click 'Submit'. We'll send you an email with instructions on how to get a new password.

If you're on the 'Coke Zone' WAP site, you can also click a 'Forgot Password' link. You'll be asked to confirm your email address. If you've already linked your mobile phone number to your 'Coke Zone' account you'll be sent a WAP-push link that you must click on to go back to 'Coke Zone' WAP site. You'll then be asked to enter and confirm your new password. Finally you'll be asked to log in with your new password. If you haven't linked your mobile number, you will be sent an email with details on how to confirm your new password.
